Brit Floyd takes the Pink Floyd tribute experience to a brand new level. Damian Darlington, the long time musical director for 'The Australian Pink Floyd Show' and the only musician who has performed in every one of their performances since 1994, 1,264 shows in total, will take responsibilities for lead guitar and vocals during the new Brit Floyd UK and European shows in 2011. Joining Damian on stage will be Ian Cattell on lead vocals and bass, Bobby Harrison on guitar, Carl Brunsdon on sax and percussion, Rob Stringer on keyboards, Arran Ahmun on drums, Ola Bienkowska on vocals, Emily Jollands on vocals and Jacquie Williams on vocals, all of who previously worked on 'The Australian Pink Floyd Show'. The entire road crew, including the sound and lighting and animation operators, will also move from 'The Australian Pink Floyd Show'. Damian said, "I think I can speak for all of the musicians and crew by saying these are exciting times. We've got a lot of surprises planned for 2011 and we look forward to seeing you at our Brit Floyd shows across Europe." CMP Entertainment have produced over 1,000 Pink Floyd tribute shows over the past 15 years, including performances in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Malta and Israel.
